At IT Integrations we strive to create relationships. In most cases, our services
start with a free evaluation. Owners Steve Sheppard or Todd Hennington will personally
meet with you to discuss your business needs. This is followed by a proposal with
recommendations of technologies and services that meet those needs. Every business
is different and meeting with clients personally and listening to their problems
helps us make intelligent and informed choices that will save our clients time and
money.
Let us be your "Virtual IT Department" for a fraction of what it would cost to hire
one. We will provide support on an hourly basis but most of our clients prefer to
choose one of our maintenance contracts which allows us to proactively "manage"
their network, often times heading off problems before they arise. Clients under
contract receive many benefits such as discounted rates, server and backup monitoring,
and remote assistance for quicker problem resolution. (There is no obligation or
penalty to cancel a service contract and we are both proud and fortunate to say
that, to date, we have never had a client opt out.)
IT Integrations will speak with your vendors, help implement technical projects
and software rollouts and even move computers around the office. Our technicians
